How to hire a sunbed?

Complete the online form and we will reply same day. We will confirm availability and book you on. We will arrange a delivery date and payment and your good to go.

Where do we deliver?

Our delivery options are in the main navigation tab where further information is available. If you are to purchase a sunbed we can quote delivery and installation directly from the supplier to anywhere of the UK.

How to make payment

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfer and cash on delivery. We also accept Paypal. A PayPal payment link will be sent to your mobile phone/email before delivery for you to confirm payment.

Do I need to pay for my rental upfront?

Yes all monies must be received before or on delivery. From point of delivery your hire period begins.

ID?

We require two forms of ID. You must be over the age of 18 to hire and use a sunbed. We Require either a driving licence/passport and then proof of address. E.g. utility or bank statement showing your address, dated within the last 3 months.

Can I use an extension cord?

No, you must plug the sunbed directly into a wall outlet for safety reasons.

Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, you can extend your hire period while you are using your sunbed. Please give 7 days notice if you wish to do this to avoid disappointment. We do take advanced bookings and we may not have availability for your selected dates. We will contact you a week before your hire is due to end to confirm if you would like to extend of if you would like us to collect. If you were to extend we would take payment for the extended hire period the day before your current period is due to expire.

Can I cancel?

Please give at least 72 hours notice before hire period is due to commence if you wish to cancel. You will be refunded in full. If time period is within 72 hours a fee of £40 would be deducted from your refund.

Do we provide safety goggles?

Yes we provide 2x pairs of safety goggles for use on your sunbed.

Skin types and other useful information

Please read official guidance information based on your skin type, this will determine the amount of minutes you can use the sunbed. Usually we recommend a starting time of 4-6 minutes and then build up time once your tan generates. To protect your skin please use sunbed lotions and not exceed more than one tanning session in a 24 hour period.
